About the role
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its histopathology, cytopathology, laboratory medicine and diagnostic governance services and is seeking a highly skilled consultant anatomic & clinical pathologist to join its growing clinical team.
The role offers internationally trained clinicians the opportunity to work in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment with strong clinical exposure and a diverse international patient population.
Role overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Report surgical pathology, cytology and clinical pathology cases according to training and clinical privileges.
Provide accurate diagnostic interpretation, correlation with clinical findings and timely reporting.
Support frozen sections, tumour boards, quality assurance and laboratory accreditation requirements.
Oversee specimen handling, laboratory processes, critical value communication and diagnostic safety.
Collaborate with clinicians across oncology, surgery, radiology, internal medicine and laboratory teams.
Participate in clinical audits, SOP development, proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
