Job Description :Our client is currently hiring for the position of Operation Manager. Responsibilities: . Coordinate day-to-day operational activities. . Conduct structured daily operational meetings with concerned department heads. . Work closely with the Plant Head and Production Planning team to ensure production requirements are supported. . Identify material or operational shortages before they affect production. . Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier commitments, and pending deliveries. . Ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, issuance, transfer, and reconciliation of materials. . Implement daily cycle counting and periodic physical inventory verification . Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for dispatch readiness. . Monitor maintenance costs and equipment history. . Promote a strong safety culture across operations. . Ensure transactions are completed in real time and discourage backdated documentation.
