Requirements
Requires 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript (minimum 5-8 years of coding experience). Must have hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Software License Management. Experience with scripting, custom application development, integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal/Workspace development, and integrating enterprise systems like Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and Tenable is essential. Knowledge of Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Discovery Patterns, and CMDB best practices is also required.
