Requirements
The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee electrical installation activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, supervise site teams, and ensure execution in accordance with project plans and quality standards. Key responsibilities include substation installation and maintenance, coordinating with other departments and consultant inspectors, executing work as per project plan, supervising manpower, reading and interpreting SLDs and electrical drawings, working on industrial and plant projects, installing MV & LV transformers and electrical panels, performing MV & LV cable laying, glanding, and termination, installing cable containment systems, fault identification and troubleshooting, and monitoring work progress and material usage. A Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required, along with relevant experience in industrial or plant electrical projects. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential, with UAE experience being preferred.
