Drive the Future Program — OCFO (Office of the CFO) | Analyst Pipeline to GF&BM (Rotational Program)


The Drive the Future role within the OCFO (Office of the CFO) team is designed as an early-career pathway for advanced students who are close to graduation. The program focuses on training and development during the first six months, with the goal of preparing successful participants to transition into the GF&BM (Global Finance & Business Management) Rotational Analyst Program, which starts in May.

 

What you can expect 

Months 1–6 (OCFO learning & development phase): A structured onboarding and training experience to build core finance, business management, and stakeholder management fundamentals.

  • Post-training (transition path): High-performing participants will be considered to join the GF&BM Rotational Analyst Program as an Analyst, beginning in May. This program offers entry-level finance professionals a dynamic two-year rotational experience in Buenos Aires, designed to develop skills in financial analysis and strategic business decision-making. This program emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within various finance teams across the firm.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the OCFO team in day-to-day financial and business management activities.

  • Assist with reporting, basic performance analysis, and preparation of materials for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with partners across Finance and Business Management to help drive execution on deliverables.

  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop foundational skills in communication, data analysis, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:

Program qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree with graduation no later than May 2027.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.

  • Interest in finance, business management, and learning through hands-on experience.

  • Prior internship, project work, or leadership experience demonstrating teamwork and accountability.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus depending on role location

  • Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making

  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
