Requirements
Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent). Western Board Certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Emergency Medicine with Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification). Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician. Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License (or currently licensed in the UAE). Extensive experience in pediatric resuscitation, trauma management, and emergency procedures. Current certifications such as PALS, APLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS are highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills. Commitment to evidence-based pediatric emergency care and patient safety. Previous experience in a tertiary children's hospital or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
