Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in import operations, especially air and sea freight.Solid knowledge of Egyptian customs procedures and required documentation.Familiarity with Nafeza system and international trade platforms is a strong plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Good command of English (written and spoken).
Description
Handle and coordinate air and sea import shipments from A to Z.Ensure timely clearance of shipments and compliance with customs and import regulations.Prepare, review, and manage all import documentation (B/L, COO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requestsTrack orders to ensure timely deliveriesPrepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.Coordinate with internal departments (planning, purchasing, finance) to align on shipment timelines.Track and analyze freight costs and suggest cost-saving solutions.Maintain accurate records of shipments, suppliers, and logistics activities.
