Inheriting DHL's logistics excellence and Aramco's extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth.ASMO aims to provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.ObjectiveThe role holder is responsible for contributing to the development of quality assurance standards and governance measures for the data used and maintained within ASMO. Also, the role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the Technology standards and compliance being used in the organisation and contributing to ensuring ASMO maintains high-quality data and effectively utilizes it to drive business success.General Responsibilities Execute the data governance and data quality strategy, incorporating industry best practices. Define, Deploy and Communicate data quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to all business units of the organization ensuring data is used and maintained properly Manage the Personal Data Protection agenda within ASMO and monitor the compliance Monitor the current data quality situation, identifying gaps and root causes, and work towards resolving issues efficiently. Execute data quality business cases, establish, and measure variances between actual and target outcomes. Develop terms of reference for data quality programs and launch new and improved programs across all units of the organization. Establish control measures and procedures for data management information (MI) in line with organizational frameworks and guidelines. Execute data quality implementation roadmap, making necessary changes and enhancements to people, processes, technology, and information. Conduct data quality projects from inception to implementation, including performance tracking and communication. Continuously evaluate and improve data quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall data governance and data quality within the organization. Incorporate feedback from external technology auditors into controls put in place in order to ensure compliance of Technology systems at ASMO. Stay updated on KSA data protection laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Utilize enhanced cybersecurity measures to protect data and incorporate this seamlessly into protective measures against data theft, breaches, or loss.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accrediteduniversity is required Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred 7 years experience in the same Field Hands-on experience with all domains of NDMO in Saudi Arabia. Proven experience with National Data Index (NDI) assessments, including evidence preparation, gap analysis, and remediation. Experience in developing and implementing Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models. Strong knowledge of Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Data Classification, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Catalog, and Data Lifecycle Management. Good understanding of PDPL and data privacy, protection, and data-sharing requirements. Experience coordinating with business, IT, cybersecurity, legal, risk, and compliance teams on data governance initiatives. Ability to conduct data maturity assessments, identify gaps, and develop improvement roadmaps. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data governance matters to senior management. Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and/or relevant data governance tools and platforms is preferred.
