Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center role within a medical center, hospital, or clinic. Strong experience in Aesthetic & Dermatology clinics is highly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and calls professionally. Previous experience with medical booking systems is an advantage.
