Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the Mathematics department, setting clear academic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Develop and implement an engaging and rigorous mathematics curriculum that challenges students and prepares them for higher education and real-world applications.Mentor and support faculty members, encouraging professional growth and the adoption of best teaching practices.Oversee departmental operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, especially those in Engineering, to integrate mathematical concepts and enhance interdisciplinary learning.Evaluate student progress and departmental effectiveness, implementing strategies for enhanced learning outcomes.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of strong academic acumen, pedagogical expertise, and leadership capabilities. You'll leverage your proficiency in Math, advanced Teaching methodologies, and proven Management skills.
