We have a unique opportunity for a School Principal at an Islamic School for Boys and Girls, located in Dubai, Muhaisnah 1.
The school was established more than 40 years ago and is affiliated with a Charity Organisation. It has a long history and legacy of serving the community and currently follows the UAE Curriculum, although it plans to expand to the British Curriculum.

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will be an Arab speaking educator with a passion for developing and growing schools. You would like to initiate new programs to develop the school into a unique institution aligned with national education goals and the principles of Islam.
• The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of KHDA requirements, education management, and school commercial management, and excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, parents, and learners alike.
• A verifiable track record of managing schools in the UAE would be essential, and for this role, we can only consider candidates who are locally available.
• Bilingual language skills (English AND Arabic) are essential for this role.
• A deep understanding of the values and principles of Islam is non-negotiable.
• We will give preference to candidates who are immediately available.
