Required Qualifications:Governmental Sector (MUST): Solid experience implementing and delivering governmental software projects is an absolute MUST.Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.SDLC Knowledge: Excellent, deep knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Agile/Scrum Frameworks (e.g., Jira/Trello), and wireframing tools.Languages: Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.Key Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and stress-management skills with the ability to establish a high level of customer trust and confidence.

If you have a knack for bridging the gap between technical teams and government stakeholders, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & Roadmap: Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with governmental regulations and strategic objectives.Requirements & Backlog Management: Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and manage the solution features backlog.UX Collaboration: Collaborate with the UX team to ensure the UX design aligns completely with the documented business requirements.Team Support: Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.Stakeholder Management: Negotiate priorities, scope, funding, and schedule. Demonstrate to stakeholders the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks.Impact: Be at the forefront of digital transformation in the public sector.
