Secondary/Technical School degree. 12 months experience on Panasonic IFEC systems. Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience. Must have worked on aircraft in the last 18 months. Preferably hold appropriate valid KSA GACA Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent. Essential aircraft maintenance experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic computer skills in using Linux. Ability to lead and supervise others as needed. Excellent English language knowledge. Must have the legal right to work in assigned country. Ability to pass extensive security and background checks. May require travel up to 25%. Must hold a valid driver's license. Ability to work a rotating shift roster. Manual dexterity. Ability to climb and work from ladder or platform, sit, stand, bend or twist for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, operate under extreme weather conditions, and work in confined spaces.

The PositionThe Maintenance Services Technician II is responsible for performing line maintenance activities on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft-installed equipment to ensure optimum system performance, reliability, and serviceability. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and certifying avionics and cabin systems in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, maintenance procedures, and customer standards.The successful candidate will utilize technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and electronic test equipment to identify and resolve system issues, perform component replacements and functional testing, and support software and media loading activities.
