Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, and Warehousing, preferably in the Middle East. Must have team management experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and office software, along with strong analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire management of rider equipment in the UAE market, including design, procurement, replenishment, production planning, and recycling. Ensure timely delivery and reliable quality of equipment, and continuously optimize business processes and the total lifecycle cost of equipment. Responsible for the daily operation management of the UAE warehouse, including optimizing and executing the processes of receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping goods. Develop and implement warehouse safety, compliance, and 5S management standards to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Collaborate cross functionally with the Logistics, Compliance ,Procurement, and supplier teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operating costs. Responsible for rider care related to equipment and facilities, improving rider experience and safety, and enhancing positive externalities for the business. Leading a team and develop work plans, conduct performance evaluations and training, and improve the overall efficiency and collaboration of the team. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics5+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations and Warehousing with experience in the Middle East preferred. Team management experience, capable of effectively motivating and guiding subordinates to achieve goals. Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and common office software, with strong analytical skills.
