ob Summary:Lead all contract management activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. Ensure contractual compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and protect company interests. Work closely with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage contract administration, including change orders, variations, claims, and amendments. Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and relevant laws/regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. Advise project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and dispute resolution. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of experience in contracts management for Oil & Gas or EPC projects. Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, PSA) and commercial law. Proven expertise in claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.
