Requires a university degree, diploma, or professional training in Dance or Theatre, with a Master's in Theatrical Studies or Business Administration being desirable. Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience directing live entertainment shows, productions, or events in theme parks, theatres, festivals, or special events. Strong knowledge of scriptwriting, live stage production, choreography, costume design/development, and themed live shows is essential, with video/audio production experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel is required, with music editing/mixing, Photoshop, and video editing skills being desirable.
