About the Role:The Technician (Engine Assembly / Disassembly) plays a critical role in the successful execution of engine disassembly and assembly activities within Gate 3 & 4 operations of the Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division. Reporting to a Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Supervisor, this position ensures strict adherence to approved technical data and fosters a strong culture of Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E). The role supports aviation safety standards and promotes ethical behavior and teamwork within the operational environment.ResponsibilitiesTotal Engine Management Process Support: Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in compliance with technical and safety requirements to support Gate 3 & 4 operations.Ethical Culture and Teamwork: Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, encourage open communication, and raise safety or ethical concerns as appropriate.Technical Skill Development and Knowledge Sharing: Continuously enhance technical capabilities through hands-on work and training, and provide guidance to junior technicians.Task Preparation and Compliance Awareness: Assist in preparing tools and resources, monitor own tasks for accuracy and compliance with quality standards, and report any issues.Who we are looking for:We seek a motivated Technician (Engine Assembly / Disassembly)with an associate, vocational, or technical school degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or a related discipline.
