The Landscape Lead Architect will direct the design, coordination, and execution of large-scale landscape and urban design projects for premium commercial and residential developments. This role requires a highly technical professional who can seamlessly bridge aesthetic vision with rigorous engineering standards. The ideal candidate will manage the project lifecycle from master planning through to site implementation, ensuring that external consultants deliver high-quality, value-engineered packages that align with strict commercial timelines and advanced architectural design languages.Scope of Work & Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project Management: Lead the master planning and landscape conceptualization (Inhouse / Outsource), ensuring aesthetic cohesion with diverse architectural styles—from modern minimalism to complex parametric forms.Consultant & Package Management: Prepare, issue, and critically review RFP documents and consultant scopes of work to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are defined. Review IFC (Issued for Construction) packages to verify compliance with project specifications.Technical Coordination & Clash Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve multi-disciplinary conflicts between landscape designs and structural/civil elements (e.g., structural slab-on-grade reinforcements, deep utility routing) and MEP systems using traditional workflow / advanced BIM coordination workflows.Commercial Acumen & Value Engineering: Manage project budgets by estimating costs, evaluating tenders, and leading value engineering initiatives to optimize hardscape and softscape packages without compromising the core design intent.Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the development and execution of necessary regulatory documents, including Ministerial Decrees, ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and sustainability targets.Site & Implementation: Conduct technical site inspections to monitor the progress of external contractors, ensuring that the execution of high-end hardscape, water features, and planting schemes adheres precisely to the approved drawings and maximum deadline schedules.
