Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant education is preferred.2–6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality.Excellent command of English is mandatory, both spoken and written.Additional language such as German or Russian is highly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.Strong selling and negotiation skills.Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.Previous experience dealing with international customers/tourists is a strong advantage.Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, or precious metals is an advantage.

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable jewelry products.Present and explain product features, designs, materials, and pricing.Achieve individual and team sales targets.Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.Maintain accurate knowledge of jewelry collections, products, promotions, and offers.Handle sales transactions, invoicing, and payment procedures accurately.Follow up with customers when required to encourage repeat purchases.Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the sales area.Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and inventory.Provide professional service to international customers and tourists.
