Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. At least 7 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Valid and active license in Occupational Therapy. In-depth knowledge of current practices, trends, and regulations in the field of occupational therapy. Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of effective team development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement. Language proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
