Oracle is seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to own and evolve platform components (services, SDKs), conduct deep debugging across distributed services, and implement resilience and capacity optimizations. The role involves designing software solutions, adhering to the software development lifecycle, writing and testing code, performing performance profiling, and troubleshooting API functionality. The engineer will also contribute to software architecture, support customer issues, and ensure compliance with development practices and coding standards, including secure coding. This position is an individual contributor role (IC3) and is classified as senior.
