Job Requirements – Technical Office EngineerTechnical Office Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical office, design engineering, or similar role within the interior design, furniture manufacturing, joinery, or architectural sectors.Technical & Design Expertise: Strong experience in furniture design, woodwork, joinery, interior design, architectural works, shop drawings, production drawings, and BOQ preparation.Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications will also be considered.Technical Documentation: Experience in preparing material submittals, technical documentation, specifications, and other project-related documents.Coordination & Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with consultants, project managers, designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure all technical requirements are properly addressed.Problem Solving & Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, material selection, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.English Language: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.Location: Candidates based in or near New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Madinaty, El Shorouk, Rehab, or nearby areas are preferred.

If you're ready to bring your technical prowess and creative spirit to a team that values innovation and excellence, this is your chance!Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of comprehensive Technical Office Engineering documentation, including detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.Develop precise Shop Drawings for furniture, woodworks, and interior design elements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.Translate complex Interior Design and Furniture Design concepts into actionable, technical plans suitable for manufacturing and construction.Collaborate closely with Architectural Engineering teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into overall project structures.Oversee WoodWorks and Joinery specifications, ensuring material suitability, structural integrity, and aesthetic quality.Conduct thorough technical reviews of designs and plans, identifying potential challenges and proposing innovative solutions.Coordinate with production teams and suppliers to ensure all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project phases.Skills & Technologies:You will be leveraging a robust skill set including Technical Office Engineering, Furniture Design, WoodWorks, Joinery, BOQ, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, and Shop Drawings.
