Mandatory Qualifications & Licensing
DHA Massage Therapist license or DHA registration/eligibility to obtain the professional license is mandatory.
Recognized Massage Therapy qualification/training of at least 500 hours, including educational and supervised clinical instruction.
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Must meet the applicable DHA/UAE requirements to practice as a Massage Therapist in a Dubai healthcare facility.
Candidates must be able to provide relevant educational, professional licensing, and experience documentation when required.
Experience & Profile
Proven experience as a Medical Massage Therapist / Therapeutic Massage Therapist.
Experience working in a hospital, medical centre, rehabilitation facility, or clinical healthcare environment is highly preferred.
VIP/private client, luxury wellness, or high-end healthcare experience is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and therapeutic massage techniques.
Experience supporting patients with muscular pain, mobility limitations, rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, or other therapeutic requirements.
Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
Professional, compassionate, discreet, and respectful personality.
Strong understanding of hospital hygiene and infection-control procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
IMPORTANT
DHA REQUIREMENT: Candidates must hold a valid DHA Massage Therapist license or DHA registration/eligibility and meet the applicable UAE healthcare licensing requirements.
QUALIFICATION: Candidates must have recognized Massage Therapy training of at least 500 hours, including supervised clinical instruction, and hold a valid BLS certification.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required.
VIP HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT: This position involves providing services to VIP patients within a hospital setting. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and patient-care standards.
UAE-BASED CANDIDATES: Candidates currently residing in the UAE with valid DHA licensing/eligibility and relevant healthcare experience are preferred.
