Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or risk management, preferably within a large organization. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management frameworks, and internal control practices. Proven experience in delivering comprehensive audit projects and managing audit teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey audit findings to stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across various functions within the organization. Experience in the entertainment, sports, or real estate sectors is advantageous.
