 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control is a must, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role. Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks. Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems. Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail. Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value. Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
