Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.5+ years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in Trading, Distribution, or Supplies companies.Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stocktaking methods.Ability to analyze inventory data and prepare reports.Preferred: Experience managing large warehouses and multiple types of inventory/materials.
Description
Manage and supervise all warehouse/store operations efficiently.Ensure accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring of materials and products.Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.Ensure accurate recording of all stock movements on the system and documents.Conduct regular physical inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.Organize and maintain proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items.Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.Supervise storekeepers and warehouse workers and distribute daily tasks.Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Operations departments regarding stock requirements and movements.Follow up on damaged, slow-moving, expired, or obsolete items.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Monitor loading, unloading, and delivery activities when required.Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses.
