Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel — primarily for graphic designer and video editor positions. This is a focused role. You're here to hire, nothing else.What we need from youHands-on Workable experience — non-negotiable. A proven ability to evaluate creative talent: you know how to review a design portfolio or a video editor's reel and make a call quickly. You're organized, reliable, and don't need to be chased.What you getFully remote, async, work from anywhere. Small team, no bureaucracy.
