Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Contracting, specifically within Oil & Gas/Refinery Maintenance. Proven experience in maintenance contracting, subcontractor management, and procurement activities is required. Fluency in written and spoken English and good knowledge of SAP system are essential.

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.KBR is looking for Commercial Manager-Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department , including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance DepartmentLocation:JubailDevelop Scopes of Work (SOW), evaluation criteria, contracting strategies, and preliminary cost estimates for maintenance activities during Normal Operations, Shutdowns, and Turnarounds.Manage the complete tendering and procurement process, including bidder selection, Instructions to Bidders (ITB), tender clarifications, commercial evaluation, negotiations, recommendations for award, and contract finalization.Lead contract administration and commercial management, including cost control, budget monitoring, payment verification, variations, change orders, claims management, and contractual risk mitigation.Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, including mobilization, performance monitoring, KPI evaluation, corrective actions, and contract close-out to ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.Ensure all maintenance contracts incorporate and comply with applicable HSSEQ, QA/QC, technical, commercial, and company governance/DOA requirements, maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails.Provide commercial leadership and cross-functional coordination with Maintenance, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HSSEQ, QA/QC, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful execution of maintenance contracting activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree.Minimum 7+ years experience in Contracting, with strong experience in Oil & Gas/Refinery Maintenance.Proven experience in maintenance contracting, subcontractor management and procurement activities.Fluent in writing and reading English.Good knowledge of SAP system.Strong understanding of supervising and coordinating bidding processes for maintenance activities.Strong understanding of Contracts Administration, cost and controlling budget.Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.Good technical understanding of contractor and subcontractor management.Good technical understanding of People Management.Well organized and proactive.Excellent communication skills.Proven leadership skills with large organizations.Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.Belong.
