Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep all spa areas (locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms) spotless, including floors, mirrors, and furniture; manage laundry. Operations Support: Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations. Administrative Tasks: Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments. Inventory: Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.
