Role Overview: We are hiring a Product Operations Manager to build our Product Ops function from the ground up. This role is central to how our product organization operates and scales. You will design and run the operating cadence, embed operational excellence into our core processes, and deliver cross functional initiatives that improve how we plan, ship, and learn.Reporting to the Sr Director of Product, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial. As the function proves impact, you will have the opportunity to hire and lead a small Product Ops team.The MissionThe goal of Product Operations is to reduce lead time to value by improving how we plan, execute, launch, and learn across Product, Engineering, and Design. As our first Product Ops hire, you will set the foundations: the rituals, standards, tooling, and feedback loops that help teams move fast with clarity. You will focus on outcomes, not process for its own sake.This is a hands on role. You will design the systems and run it.Key Responsibilities:Build and own webook.com Product Ops foundations: planning cadence, OKR tracking, decision forums, roadmap hygiene, and ways of working. Orchestrate release readiness and go to market execution across markets by defining launch standards, checklists, and clear ownership.Create the post launch learning loop: performance tracking, insights synthesis, retros, and follow up execution with accountable product owners.Define and track cross market experience standards and launch quality signals, and surface gaps early with clear owners to close them. Drive a small number of high impact horizontal initiatives that measurably improve delivery speed, quality, and alignment.Act as a connector and force multiplier across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial, removing friction and surfacing systemic risks early. Establish lightweight documentation and tooling standards that improve clarity without adding bureaucracy.
