Job Description:
• Manage the complete vessel port call process from nomination, pre-arrival documentation, arrival, cargo operations, until vessel departure.
• Coordinate daily with ship owners, charterers, port authorities, terminals, customs, local agents, and internal departments
• Prepare, review, and monitor all shipping documentation including PDA/FDA, SOF, manifests, Bills of Lading, customs and cargo documentation
• Monitor vessel progress, resolve operational issues, arrange husbandry services.
