An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects across a variety of industries. This role offers exposure to diverse projects, challenging environments, and the opportunity to manage assignments ranging from short-term operations to large-scale, long-duration projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Lead the planning, preparation, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects.
Manage all project activities related to contract administration, risk management, project controls, and execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements throughout project execution.
Manage project communications with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Identify project risks and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
Support business development activities and contribute to client relationship management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience.
Proven experience delivering engineering, construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy-related projects.
Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, project controls, budgeting, and contract management.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments.
Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel and work at various project locations when required.
Preferred experience
Experience within heavy lifting, construction, renewable energy, offshore, ports, mining, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
Professional project management certification considered advantageous.
Experience managing international or multi-location projects.
