Requirements
A degree in computer science, engineering, maths or similar, or equivalent proof (projects, open source, internships). Solid Python skills, comfort with Git, tests, HTTP APIs, and SQL. Hands-on LLM work, with at least one real-world project (RAG app, agent, eval harness) that can be demonstrated. Understanding of testing methodologies like test sets, precision, recall, and regressions. Ability to read and understand others' code and write clearly.
