Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, business analysis, or product/project delivery, with a strong background in real estate. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle implementations, business process analysis, and requirement translation into functional/technical specifications is essential. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, user stories, UAT, and backlog management are also required. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, or Visio is a plus.

Product Owner - Digital Transformation We are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a leading organisation in Dubai, playing a key role in driving business and digital transformation initiatives.This is a business-facing transformation role, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders, IT and implementation partners. The successful candidate will lead requirements gathering, process improvement and solution design, helping translate business needs into practical technology solutions and supporting initiatives through implementation and adoption.Key requirements:• 6+ years experience across digital transformation, product management, business analysis or product/project delivery• Strong real estate experience• Experience working on SAP, Salesforce or Oracle implementations• Strong understanding of business process analysis and As-Is/To-Be process design• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills• Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery, user stories, UAT and backlog management• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio or similar• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related disciplineWe're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is comfortable working across business and technology teams to drive transformation from concept through to implementation.
