Description
Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for light and heavy trucks.Conduct fleet inspections and assess vehicle conditions, recommending repairs or replacement when needed.Coordinate with Operations to schedule maintenance and ensure truck availability.Manage spare parts, external workshops, suppliers, and technical support.Conduct RCA and improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime and costs.Monitor maintenance costs, spare-parts consumption, labor costs, and recurring failures.Prepare maintenance reports and support annual maintenance budgeting and TCO reduction.Coordinate with manufacturers and dealers for technical support, warranty claims, and major repairs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
