This is a newly created, high-profile role with responsibility for building and establishing the Group's FP&A and performance-management operating model from the ground up. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership with a clear, forward-looking view of financial performance, strategic priorities, capital deployment, key risks and opportunities across a complex and diversified organisation. Operating as a senior strategic finance partner to executive leadership, the Group Head of FP&A will bring the financial insight, commercial judgement and constructive challenge required to support enterprise-level decision-making.
