The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities that enhance Technobit's brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role involves creating marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials.Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce engaging marketing assets.Plan and manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.Monitor digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Support product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.Work closely with the Sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.Prepare marketing reports and present campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.Assist in managing the marketing budget and coordinating with external vendors and agencies.Ensure all marketing materials align with Technobit's brand identity and corporate standards.Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Required SkillsMarketing campaign planning and executionContent creation and copywritingSocial media managementMarket research and competitor analysisAnalytical and reporting skillsTime management and multitaskingCreativity and problem-solvingTeamwork and collaborationAttention to detailPresentation and communication skills
