Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of UAE banking/DSA sales experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader role within a UAE DSA. Proven experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan sales, managing a team of Sales Executives in Dubai/UAE, and a strong understanding of UAE bank products, customer eligibility, documentation, KYC, AML, and sales targets are mandatory. Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM systems, along with strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, is required.
