Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in *Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline*.
*Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects.*
*Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.*
Strong hands-on experience with *QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, material approvals, and NCR management*.
Good knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, and other fit-out works.
Experience coordinating with *clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams*.
Strong understanding of project specifications, approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards.
Knowledge of UAE quality requirements, fire-rated materials, and relevant authority standards is an added advantage.
