Description
Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function IT - Software & Web Development Company Industry Software & Internet Services The firm: Arcsen is a leading global technology consulting firm specializing in providing innovative solutions and expert guidance to businesses across EMEA. With a commitment to excellence, Arcsen partners with industry giants such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Sprout, Certinia, and Splunk, ensuring clients receive top-tier services tailored to their unique needs. Position overview: We are looking for a Sitecore solution architect to own the end-to-end architecture of a large, multi-market digital experience platform built on Sitecore XM Cloud. You will define how the public website, multi-country microsite layer, member/loyalty portal, and mobile content backbone are structured, and you will design the integration contract between Sitecore and our enterprise CRM (via an integration layer). You will be the senior technical authority for the Sitecore practice and the first hire on the team, setting the standards everyone else builds against. Key responsibilities: Define the Sitecore XM Cloud architecture: rendering host strategy, content modelling, multi-site and multi-market structure (tens of points-of-sale), and the environment strategy across the provided non-production and production environments. Design the bi-directional, governed API contract between Sitecore and the CRM through the enterprise integration layer — covering inbound lead and behavioural-event capture, case creation, and outbound personalisation tokens (tier, segment, next-best-offer). No point-to-point integrations. Architect single sign-on across the Sitecore admin and the CRM using the enterprise identity provider (Azure AD). Define the personalisation architecture, with audience segments activated from the customer data platform back into Sitecore for real-time decisioning. Set and safeguard non-functional requirements: page load under 2s desktop / under 3s mobile, API p95 under 200ms, support for 50,000+ concurrent users and 1,000+ transactions per second. Own the CI/CD architecture (Sitecore CLI, Azure DevOps / Git) and a branching strategy aligned to client IT governance. Produce solution design documents, sequence diagrams and integration specifications; lead architecture reviews and design-authority sessions. Work alongside the Sitecore vendor's advisory/assurance services and the client's IT governance functions. Mentor senior and mid-level developers and set coding, security and documentation standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of Sitecore experience, including 2+ years on Sitecore XM Cloud or composable / headless Sitecore in production. Proven experience working in the airline & aviation industry is required. Sitecore XM Cloud certification is required. Proven track record architecting enterprise multi-site, multi-language Sitecore solutions. Strong integration architecture experience: REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns; experience with an enterprise integration layer / ESB (MuleSoft strongly preferred). Single sign-on / identity federation experience (Azure AD / OIDC / SAML). Strong .NET / C# background and a solid grasp of modern front-end (Next.js / React) rendering architecture. Experience defining CI/CD and DevOps practices for Sitecore (Sitecore CLI, serialization, Azure DevOps). Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to lead client-facing design sessions. Benefits Hands-on experience with real-world projects and clients. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Career growth opportunities. Arcsen is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Different makes us better. Apply Now
