Prepare related documentations in order to meet requirements for ship utilization in line with standards and requirements. Provides technical and administrative assistance during negotiation phase of the terms of charter in order to ensure achievement of terms and conditions commercially favorable and terms and conditions meet requirements. Prepare reports and document and file relevant market information and ensure that required information is made available on a timely and professional manner. Maintain data base and contact details of internal and external parties.
