1. JOB DETAILS Position Title: Architect2. JOB PURPOSE The Architect supports the design, planning, and coordination of architectural concepts and development projects across portfolio. This role is responsible for preparing architectural drawings, assisting in design presentations, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to bring design intent to life. The Architect contributes to the delivery of functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions aligned with standards.3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Development:• Support the creation of architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards using industry-standard software• Assist in space planning, facade design, and material selection to meet project objectives• Work under the guidance of senior architects and coordinate design inputs across various disciplines Technical Documentation & Review• Produce construction documents, schematic layouts, and design packages for tender & execution • Review consultant submissions, ensuring shop drawings align with the design intent and project requirement• Coordinate with engineers and external consultants to ensure architectural elements integrate seamlessly with structural & MEP designs Regulatory Compliance & Coordination• Ensure that architectural designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards• Prepare and submit drawings for authority approvals as required• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of design-related queries Innovation & Research• Conduct design research to incorporate the latest trends, technologies, and materials into project proposals• Benchmark designs against global best practices and support the development of design guidelines for future projects• Contribute to internal design discussions and critiques to enhance project outcomes Quality & Aesthetic Oversight• Participate in site visits to monitor implementation and ensure architectural quality is maintained • Address on-site design changes in coordination with construction and design teams• Support post-construction design reviews and prepare lessons learned for future design improvements4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture• Professional accreditation (e.g., LEED, PMP, or local licensing) is preferred Experience:• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation• Experience in real estate or large-scale development projects is preferred5.
