As an AIProduct Owner at SBS, you will owns the DE AI use-case backlog end-to-end — from validated concept to production release — and is the single accountable interface between the DE product squads, the SBS AI Platform team and DE Engineering.Responsibilities:Own the DE AI use-case backlog: discover, validate, prioritise and sequence use cases across DBS, OB and Premium AI.Translate use cases into engineering-ready specs with acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics and guardrails.Act as the DE liaison into the SBS AI Platform team and AI Council.Run the post-launch feedback loop: adoption, quality, drift and iteration.Qualifications:5+ years in product ownership / product engineering, ideally 1–2 on AI or ML-powered products.Hands-on with LLMs, experience with RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design.Banking / financial services domain knowledge (DB, OB, payments, KYC/AML preferred).Strong backlog discipline and written specs; comfortable with probabilistic systems and trade-offs.At SBS, we're more than just a technology company, we're a global fintech partner helping banks and financial institutions transform, innovate, and grow.
