We are supporting a well-established legal firm with an opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its growing team.
This role suits a junior to mid-level lawyer with strong finance experience who wants to develop within a broad and varied practice. The ideal candidate will have between 2–5 years’ PQE, with a strong foundation in Banking & Finance matters.
You will work across a range of banking, finance and related matters, supporting senior lawyers and clients on both transactional and advisory work. The practice is varied, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working beyond a purely Banking & Finance remit when required.
Exposure may include:
• Banking and finance transactions
• Financing and security documentation
• General lending and finance matters
• Financial services and regulatory matters
• Islamic finance, where relevant
• Broader corporate/commercial matters depending on client requirements
Requirements:
• Has 2–5 years’ PQE
• Has solid Banking & Finance experience
• Has trained or worked within a reputable law firm or established finance practice
• Has strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Is commercially minded and comfortable working across a broader practice
• Has financial services or regulatory exposure – advantageous but not essential

• Ideally GCC/Middle East-based; overseas candidates may be considered with strong experience from a reputable law firm or finance practice.
