Requirements
* Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated Regulatory Affairs experience directly within a perfume or cosmetics manufacturing facility.
* Regional & Global Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UAE MoIAT, Dubai Municipality (Montaji), GCC GSO standards, IFRA Guidelines, and EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
* Technical Expertise: Direct experience managing SDS creation software, understanding INCI nomenclature, and reviewing complex fragrance concentrate compositions.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a closely related field.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong cross-functional communication skills, and direct experience interfacing with external testing labs and regulatory authorities.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Regulatory Affairs Specialist / Manager with hands-on experience in the perfume and cosmetics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of product compliance, local registration processes (including UAE MoIAT / Dubai Municipality), raw material documentation, and international export dossiers (IFRA, SDS, COA) to support our expanding domestic and international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Registration & Compliance: Lead end-to-end product notifications and registrations across regional and target international markets (GCC/MoIAT, EU CPNP, US FDA MoCRA, etc.).
* Raw Material & Formulation Vetting: Review fragrance formulas, INCI listings, allergen declarations, and raw material documentation against IFRA standards (49th/50th/51st Amendments), REACH, and local cosmetic safety regulations.
* Technical Dossiers & Documentation: Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS in GHS format), Certificates of Analysis (COA), IFRA Certificates, and Product Information Files (PIF/CPSR).
* Artwork & Label Compliance: Audit packaging artwork, batch coding, net content claims, ingredient declarations, and warning symbols to ensure strict compliance with regional labeling laws.
* Export & Customs Coordination: Work alongside production and logistics teams to handle Dangerous Goods (DG Class 3) documentation, Certificate of Free Sale (CFS), and export registration dossiers.
* Regulatory Monitoring: Track ongoing updates to international cosmetic laws, banned/restricted ingredient lists, and environmental packaging mandates.
