Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Advisor Support team to partner with the Business.

 

As an Advisor Support Analyst in the Global Private Bank Advisor Support team, you will provide end-to-end, high-touch support to Private Bank Advisors aligned 1:1 to a specific office.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Have Strong knowledge of Asset Classes and suites of Funds offered through JPM and their overall strategies which is put to good use to match goals of Clients Investment needs
  • Support Advisors across the full client lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline support through client onboarding and ongoing client servicing.
  • Provide integrated support across all client touchpoints, coordinating banking and investment-related activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with account opening processes, documentation readiness, and fee management.
  • Facilitate account maintenance and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Support investment workflow execution including mandate creation and updates.
  • Assist with onboarding requirements such as ISDA/Dodd-Frank documentation and related investor onboarding processes.
  • Produce periodic and ad hoc reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a key operational partner to Advisors, ensuring exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail in client servicing requests.
  • Proactively resolve exceptions, open items, and transactional issues to completion.
  • Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and meeting content for Advisors and leadership and Produce ad hoc and recurring management reporting and support broader operational initiatives.

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • University degree (MBA/CFA/CFP) and/or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset classes.

  • Must be flexible to work shifts aligned to EMEA and/or LATAM coverage needs.
  • Apply strong asset class knowledge and familiarity with JPMorganChase fund suites and strategies to support client solutioning aligned to client goals.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a fundamental understanding of both quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Stay current on markets by participating in morning meetings and relevant internal forums, and by reviewing internal and external publications.
  • Partner effectively with WM Solutions colleagues and other stakeholders across a matrix organization to develop and implement client solutions.
