Requirements
This role requires leadership in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, translating demand forecasts into effective supply and replenishment plans. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory performance, identifying and mitigating supply shortages or excess inventory, and managing monthly planning cycles. The role also involves tracking planning KPIs, partnering with Procurement and Factory, developing planning reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP, supporting new product introductions, and continuously improving forecasting and planning processes.

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory & commercial objectivesTranslate demand forecasts into effective supply & replenishment plans considering lead timesMonitor inventory performance and establish appropriate safety stocks and inventory targets to maintain service levelsIdentify potential supply shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving/obsolete inventory and develop mitigation plansManage monthly planning cycles, including forecast updates, demand reviews, supply reviews, and executive-level S&OP meetings.Track and improve key planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level/OTIF and stock availability.Partner with Procurement and Factory to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available in line with the agreed supply plan.Develop and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and performance analysis using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other planning tools.Support new product introductions, product phase-outs, promotions, and seasonal demand planning.Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, planning processes, master data quality, and supply chain efficiency.Provide management with clear insights into demand trends, inventory risks, supply constraints, and recommended corrective actions.
