Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, English Literature, or related field
Recognized teaching qualification and valid teaching license
UK QTS or equivalent highly desirable
6+ years of successful teaching experience
Proven experience leading an English department or significant subject area
Strong curriculum, assessment, data analysis, and teacher-development experience
International or UAE school experience preferred
Ability to meet relevant KHDA/UAE requirements
