The Assistant Cook will support the main cook and kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include basic food preparation, washing and cutting ingredients, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, and assisting with cooking during meal service. The role also involves following food safety and hygiene guidelines, organizing storage areas, and ensuring proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
