Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of renal disorders. Experience in dialysis and renal replacement therapy is highly desirable. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations and clinical assessments of patients with renal disorders.
Diagnose and manage acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders, and hypertension-related renal conditions.
Manage patients with advanced and end-stage kidney disease.
Provide pre- and post-dialysis evaluation and ongoing renal care.
Assess patients for appropriate renal replacement therapy and coordinate dialysis care.
Interpret renal function tests, urinalysis, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.
Manage complications associated with chronic kidney disease, including anemia, mineral-bone disorders, and fluid/electrolyte abnormalities.
Coordinate care for patients requiring hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or renal transplantation where applicable.
Collaborate with urologists, transplant teams, intensivists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
Provide patient and family counseling regarding kidney disease, treatment options, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
